I'm a professional singer and musician, though now that the economy is in the toilet the gigs are fewer and farther between. I love to travel in foreign lands for months at a time when I'm able to pull together enough money for it. I especially love Brazil, Portugal and the Portuguese language (first learned it in NYC and perfected it in Brazil, where I lived for a little while, in Salvador da Bahia).

When I'm at home, I enjoy practicing Portuguese with friends from Brazil and drinking good caipirinhas, swimming, biking, hiking, reading and writing. I'm also a huge film buff.
